Cancel Billing – PayPal
To cancel a PayPal subscription, you can do the following:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Click the cog icon in the top right corner to go to Settings
- Select the Payments tab
- Scroll to the Automatic Payments section and click Manage automatic payments
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Click Cancel at the top of the subscription information
- Confirm the cancellation by selecting Cancel Automatic Payments
Canceling a subscription will also cancel any future automatic payments. However, it will not affect the current membership for the already paid 12-month term.
You can also pause or close the card you used to pay for the subscription. This will decline all transactions on the card, protecting your account from any charges.
On a computer or mobile browser:

Login to your account at PayPal.com

Click “Login” at the top of the page and log in to your account

Access your settings by clicking the wheel at the top next to “Log Out” in the upper right corner

Click “Payments”

Click “Manage Automatic Payments”

Select the subscription you would like to cancel from the list on the left side of the page

Select “Cancel” at the top of the subscription information

Confirm the cancellation by selecting “Cancel Automatic Payments”
In the PayPal app:

Open your settings by clicking the wheel at the top of the app

Select “Automatic Payments”

Select the subscription you would like to cancel from the list of payments

Select “Remove PayPal as your payment method” at the bottom of the page – you can also choose from various contact methods if you would rather contact the subscription biller directly

Confirm the cancellation by selecting “Remove”
